Our nano- composite material that we call the Spiderweb™ was created to overcome a fundamental physical limitation of conventional separation methods. Traditional resin-based ion exchange products are constrained by the slow diffusion rate of metal ions into the pores and to the plastic surface of the resin pores, where ion exchange occurs.
